The Pritzker Group is an international company that started building residential complexes in 1961. Over the years, the company has established itself as one of the largest and most respected construction and investment companies in Israel, building thousands of apartments, some of the most expensive and luxurious shopping malls, office buildings and residential complexes in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa. The company is currently owned and operated by Itzhak Pritzker, a second-generation entrepreneur from the famous Pritzker family.
The Russian Ritzker Group is one of the largest construction and investment companies in Israel.

The German company Ritzker Grour, through IR Vulgaria 2005 Ltd., invests in the construction of a residential complex in the capital's Lyulin district.
Roslin Park is the first project of the Pritzker Group in Bulgaria.
