The site is an office building and a medical center located in Vitosha district, Sofia on the corner of Simeonovsko Shosse Blvd. and Dimitar Shishmanov Str. Rapidly evolving technologies and innovative solutions in the field of aesthetic surgery and dermatology require the construction of a better and more modern base for operations and procedures. "АEsthe Clinic Beauty" is a building with a modern look, designed and built with high quality materials and meeting all modern requirements in construction and medical technology.

The total built-up area is 3425 sq.m. The building is designed on four floors and one terrace. It has an underground level with 24 parking spaces. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, providing separate entrances to the separate functional units of the building. On this level there is a shop with a separate entrance from the street, as well as a dental center. On the second level is the Medical Center for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, designed by a medical technologist and operating rooms with equipment of the highest class. A special interior design has been developed for it. On the third level there are offices for Aesthetic Dermatology, which have the most modern equipment and interior that meets modern trends. On the fourth and terraced floors are designed offices, halls and work areas of different type "open space" for the needs of a television company.

In terms of volume and space, the building is shaped as a composition of clearly separated cubic elements.

The materials used on the facade are stone cladding, glazed suspended facade with aluminum profiles and opaque composite panels and mineral plaster "Baumit". In this way a harmonious composition with a modern sound is achieved, which is recognizable and with a memorable impact.

The building was put into operation with a Certificate № 482 / 28.06.2018, issued by NAG-Sofia.
