DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS PERFORMED ON THE SITE:

Dismantling works on an area of ​​2272.63 sq.m.

Construction and repair works on a total area of ​​2348 sq.m.

The existing classrooms have been rebuilt according to the new design and regulatory requirements. The floor is laminate. The ceiling is suspended with modules 60/60 cm. The existing windows have been replaced with PVC with double glazing according to EE project. To the outer wall is placed thermal insulation of 8 cm of cotton wool, covered with plasterboard, in accordance with the EE project.

Library - on two levels with bookshelves and reading places. The floor is made of laminate, mounted on XPS insulation -5 cm. and reinforced screed. The newly built metal structure is secured with fire-resistant gypsum fiberboard and paints according to the PB project.

Multifunctional hall - for conferences, workshops, cultural and sporting events. It is possible to have 99 seats. The floor is made of laminate, mounted on XPS insulation -5 cm. and reinforced screed. The walls were lined with acoustic panels. The ceiling is made of decorative acoustic panels. The existing skylight has been replaced with a new one with automatically opening wings.

HVAC and electrical installations of the whole site.

Access for people with disabilities is provided.
